Peter has been working in the fitness industry for over 8 years. Having graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physical Education majoring in exercise and sport science and has completed post graduate studies in biomechanics. Currently Peter is studying towards a degree in Chiropractic. Peter combines his practical knowledge with personal experience to help his clients achieve their optimal potential and maximize their quality of life. Peter is a highly motivated, sincere and holistic trainer who brings something different to every session. James has enjoyed over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and sports therapist. During this time he has became an author and presenter in the field of sports conditioning and rehabilitation. Completing his training with a Masters in Sports Science at Loughborough University, an institution renown for sporting excellence, James now continues his education in Osteopathy, the holistic principles of which he applies to exercise and training.  His areas of specialty include:

Debbie’s career in the health and fitness industry spans 12 years. During this time she has enjoyed working in various different aspects of health, both in NZ and internationally.

Debbie’s broad knowledge on all aspects of health and fitness are a result of her vast experience as a Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and more recently her role in the Auckland Hospital Cardiac Disease and Palliative Care Units.

Debbie has motivated many of her past clients to achieve whatever goals they put their mind to, and is fully committed to her role as your exercise coach, nutritional advisor and motivator.  Her structured approach combined with her abundant energy levels will ensure that you will not only get the results you desire, but that you will also have some fun along the way!

Lucy has several years experience as a personal trainer, sports massage therapist and group exercise instructor. Her specialist knowledge of pre and postnatal exercise gave her the opportunity to be The Sunday Times UK, in-house expert on the subject. With this she wrote a regular advice and workout column.

Her vibrant personality and enjoyment of her work has always worked to her credit in the fitness industry. Lucy’s personal experience has given her the understanding of the emotional as well as the physical challenge of working towards a body goal.

Paul has been involved in health and fitness at a professional level for over ten years and has been a big part of the exercise room from our very first day. Paul qualified through the prestigious American College of Sports Medicine and is currently extending his already considerable knowledge base, studying Physiotherapy at AUT. Paul is a brilliant motivator who has achieved excellent results for a wide array of members, ranging all the way from people just wanting to fitter, to high performance athletes.

Paul: "I understand a personal trainer is becoming much more than a reason to get to the gym. As the clients and public become more savvy with how their bodies work, the trainer must stay one step ahead, and be able to handle an ever diversifying range of people.
