“What I love about Lindsay is the way he is totally engaged when working with me. His focus is all about helping me to push myself further than I thought I could go. He has an infectious enthusiastic manner which makes workouts fun as well as being good for you. His physio background also means he understands what’s happening to your body, and he explains this in a real down to earth understandable way. I highly recommend Lindsay to anyone who wants someone who can make a difference to their workout and health.”

paul

Paul has been involved in health and fitness at a professional level for over ten years and has been a big part of The Exercise Room from our very first day. Paul qualified through the prestigious American College of Sports Medicine and is a qualified  physiotherapist. Paul is a brilliant motivator who has achieved excellent results for a wide array of members, ranging all the way from people just wanting to gain fitness, to high performance athletes.

Paul: "I understand a personal trainer is becoming much more than a reason to get to the gym. As the clients and public become more savvy with how their bodies work, the trainer must stay one step ahead and be able to handle an ever diversifying range of people. Although I’m interested in rehabilitation, it’s the un-injured population I’m really focused on, and my skills will hopefully keep them that way!

  • Injury specialist
  • Sports coach

  • Motivational expert

"With my wedding approaching, and high expectations for myself, my request to Paul was very direct, I hate my baggy triceps!, I want taut defined arms and I want to lose the last lingering kilos and be my ideal weight".

"I am just so pleased with the way I look and feel, I continue to train with Paul every week and I wouldn’t have it any other way" - Ginnenne
