We are living in a world that can feel overwhelming. Global tensions, economic pressures, rising costs and the day-to-day mental load of modern life. It would be easy to say: I’ll focus on my health later.

LONGEVITY PROTOCOL: CYCLE 2 (AGES 7–14)
For those new to our newsletter, our Longevity Protocol is a structured framework that maps the key stages of human development from early childhood through to later life and applies them to how we train, move, and live today.
Each cycle highlights the physical, neurological, and behavioural foundations that shape long-term health. The key insight is simple: what may have been missed or lost can be relearned. By revisiting and rebuilding these foundations, we give the body its best chance to move well, stay strong, and live well for decades.
